Checklist Erasmus

Studying at the Erasmus University, still looking for an internship or elective course and curious about working with an interdisciplinary team? Then the Joint Interdisciplinary Project (JIP) might be interesting for you! Please read the checklist to see which steps need to be taken!

 

Are you an RSM bachelor student and looking for a course to fill in your elective space? Then it is possible to apply for JIP as a third-year bachelor student. Note that you must apply for JIP during the second year of your bachelor.

Explore

  1. Check out all the information regarding the course on www.jointinterdisciplinaryproject.nl.

  2. Visit one of the information sessions and/or Q&As in April

  3. Check out all the company cases via the website. 

  4. Ask your additional questions regarding the course via students-jip@tudelft.nl.

 

For more information regarding the cases, you must enroll yourself at the Delft University of Technology via www.studielink.nl, see step 3 of the ‘Applying for JIP’ steps. NB. enrolling at the university is no direct commitment. Due to confidentiality, we can only share the complete company cases via TUD Brightspace, which you get access to after enrolling for the TUD.

 

Enrollment TU Delft and Access to Brightspace 

Students will do a Request for Submission ‘Verzoek tot Inschrijving (Vtl) in Studielink. Only when you have fulfilled all the application criteria you can be submitted/enrolled/registered in TUDelft. Only then we speak about an enrollment/ ‘inschrijving’. 

  

No Access to Brightspace: 

You only have access to/enroll in Brightspace when you have done a Vtl for the next academic year 2025-2026 (with start date 1-9-2025) and the Vtl for the current academic year 2024-2025).

Applying for JIP

  1. Send an e-mail to students-JIP@tudelft.nl and Joris Meijaard (meijaard@rsm.nl) if you have questions.

  2. Register via Canvas/OSIRIS.

  3. Apply for the JIP course via the application form, where you can also rank your preferred cases. You will be able to find the form on TUD Brightspace, course code IFM4040) for which you will get an invite once you’re registered at RSM.
